IUOC 4.0 is a bit different from most Heat-not-Burn devices. With this device you actually use traditional cigarettes,

rather than HeatSticks. The idea behind this is that anyone who is a heavy smoker, or who just doesn’t feel as satisfied

with HeatSticks, can use IUOC 4.0 to heat their usual cigarettes, instead of burning them. This reduces the amount of

chemicals being released into the air. Moreover, since the tobacco plug is separate from the cigarette filter, you inhale

highly filtered nicotine vapors instead of concentrated smoke. The focus here is on reducing harm, while still providing

hat familiar cigarette flavor.

 How to use it             

Now that your IUOC 4.0 device is charged, you can begin using it. Here’s how to use it

1. Set temperature
   • 9 settings (the higher the number the more intense)
   • To set, click the temperature adjustment buttons, numbers will change, click control button once to set
2. Get a cigarette
   • Needs to be 8mm in diameter (this is most standard cigarettes (i.e. Marlboro))
3. Break the filter off of the tobacco plug
4. Put the filter in the top part of the heating chamber (the part that sticks out at the top)
   • NOTE* The manufacturer says that you can use the same filter up to 5 times
5. Get a second cigarette
6. Open the door on the bottom of the device
7. Put the second cigarette in the bottom part of the heating chamber (inside the device) and close the door
8. Click the control button 5 times to turn on
9. Device will vibrate 3 times and rows of lights turn on one-by-one
10. When heated, vibrate 3 more times and all rows lights are on
11. When cycle ends, 3 more vibrations and lights turn off
12. Remove cigarette from bottom part of device

To keep the device working well make sure you clean it regularly. To do so just remove the mouthpiece and mouthpiece base, open both the top and bottom doors, insert the cleaning brush and gently wipe away any grime. To clean the mouthpiece base put it in the cleaning tool and run it under warm water. You can also soak it in warm water with soap, then rinse afterwards. We recommend you soak and rinse the silicone mouthpieces as well.
